Description
English: Polpeor Lifeboat Station. This was the 3rd lifeboat station to be used at The Lizard. The first was built in 1859 at the top of the cliff, and this one was built in 1914 and operated until 1961. The modern Lizard lifeboat station is at Kilcobben Cove SW7112.
