English: Pollacappul Lough from northern slopes of Benbaun. The northern face of Benbaun (Binn Bhan or Maolan) gives excellent views down Pollacappul Lough. Kylemore Abbey (left) and its gothic church (right, near road bridge) are visible on the lower slopes of Doughruagh (Duchruach). This vantage point also gives a good view of the undulating rounded ridge of the ascent route (mainly in L7557) |
