English: St. Martin's croissant ('Rogal świętomarciński' in Polish) is a pastry with white poppy seed filling, baked for the occasion of St. Martin's Day (11 November).
It's traditionally prepared in Poznań and some other parts of the Greater Poland (Wielkopolska) region. Here, you can see how it looks inside: packed with white poppy seed filling and nuts.
