Description In January 2015, during a vaccination campaign among a nomad population in a rural area of the Tehsil Fateh Jang, Pakistan, Dr. Perdeep Kumar, a Pakistan FELTP graduate, inspects children under the age of 5 for a black permanent mark on their finger indicating that they have been vaccinated against polio. Submitted by Perdeep Kumar - Pakistan.
