Polski: Polichno (pow. piotrkowski, woj. łódzkie, Polska). Pomnik ku czci.

Treść inskrypcji:

Ziemia piotrkowska była bazą aktywnie działających oddziałów partyzanckich ZWZ i AK w okresie od 1940 do 19.01.1945 r.
W dniu 28 lutego 1944 r. oddziały partyzanckie Armii Krajowej „Wicher” i „Grom”, którymi dowodzili por. W. Kucharski „Wicher”, ppor. A. Arkuszyński „Maj” stoczyły walki z przeważającymi siłami niemieckimi pod miejscowościami Gazomka, Polichno, Lubiaszów, Garkowice Mokre, Zarzęcin.
Cześć żołnierzom Armii Krajowej.
