Description
Čeština: Žatec, okres Louny. Chelčického náměstí. Kulisa synagogy na domě čp. 195. V místě brány s fiktivním židovským železářstvím stojí dnes dům čp. 3031 (který je stále označen i původním čp. 196). Vpravo je vidět část domu čp. 197, který je dnes v rozvalinách, po levé straně je vidět okraj domu, který dnes má adresu Oblouková čp. 3125.
English: Žatec, Louny District, Ústí nad Labem Region, Czech Republic. Chelčického náměstí, houses adapted as a synagogue and a ironmonger shop for filming. The fictive synagogue was adapted from the house no. 195. The fictional ironmonger's shop is on the house no. 196, the house on right is no. 197, the house on left has adress Oblouková 3125 today.

English: Original description: Žatec - former Synagogue with Avia A21 1994. An extremely scruffy and neglected corner of the town, with pre 1930s jewish signwriting. The rather more functional signwriting on the horsebox (?) says "občerstvení" (= refreshments, buffet). I spy also a rather stiff buttress from communist times. A close-up of the Ironmonger's sign may be seen here
