| Description |
English: Pointon Lode, Little Wisbeach. This natural stream forms part of the extensive drainage system in the Fens. This view is looking downstream towards Pointon Fen and South Forty Foot Drain (215184) into which it flows in TF1630. The source is in Temple Wood, 407563.
A small plywood obstruction has been placed in the channel diverting the water to one side and causing a small eddy. For what purpose I have no idea. |
