English:

A pathway extends between a wooden safety fence on the left and a largely natural rock wall on the right. In the distance in the upper left quarter of the photo is the Pacific Ocean. On the right at the base of the rock wall is a low concrete platform upon which sits parts of a gray whale skull surrounded by the lower jawbones of a humpback whale. On the far right is orange construction fencing.

Contractors have poured concrete along the pathway between the Lighthouse Visitor Center and the Observation Deck. May 27, 2019.
