DescriptionPodgorze herb.gif	English: Coat of Podgórze on the basis of the description of the imperial donations (Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor) from 1808 Polski: W dniu 3 sierpnia 1808 roku dyplom cesarza Franciszka nadał miastu nowy herb. Opisano go w sposób następujący: "Na niebieskim polu (...) płynie potok, po obu jego stronach stoją dwa słupy ze złoconymi kapitelami. Po lewej stronie potoku na trawie siedzi nagi człowiek brodaty, trzymający w prawej ręce kij. W oddali widać wzgórza, a na nich po prawej stronie stoi kościół, po lewej zaś dom, poniżej widać grupę domów w naturalnym kształcie i barwie."
