Description
Русский: В декабре 2005 года сдан в эксплуатацию цех Переславского сыркомбината, где сыр фасуют в герметичную пластиковую упаковку на станках «Multivac» и «Alpma». Это зона стерильной фасовки готового продукта. — Машина «Bizerba» взвешивает и наклеивает этикетку с весом, датой производства, датой годности при упаковке в транспортную тару. Рядом стоит Людмила Николаевна Полякова с головой пошехонского сыра. Вдали видны слайсерный аппарат для нарезки сыра (слева) и машина для упаковки нарезанного сыра. Цех слайсерной нарезки работал до марта 2009 года, затем предприятие было закрыто, оборудование продано. — Переславский сыркомбинат, Переславль-Залесский.
