Description Plaza de toros, Requena. La Plaza de Toros de Requena es propiedad de la Administración y cedida al M.I. Ayuntamiento por 100 años. Se comenzó su construcción en 1877, pero esta tuvo que ser paralizada dos veces por motivos de la guerra carlista y una epidemia de cólera. La junta de accionistas que se hizo cargo de la construcción del inmueble que tuvo que afrontar unos gastos totales de 43.267,53 pesetas. Tiene una preciosa fachada neomudejar y fue inaugurada el 17 de septiembre de 1901.
