Description
Español: El 26 de octubre de 2010 fueron reinauguradas y reubicadas un conjunto de cuatro estatuas que, adornan el bandejón central de la Plaza de Armas Arturo Prat. Este grupo de esculturas fue restaurado por el artista, Higinio Gutiérrez, se hizo siendo Alcalde, don Maglio Cicardini Neyra.

Fueron esculpidas por el artista Virginio Arias, entre los años 1892 y 1895 en mientras el artista chileno trabajaba en Paris, Francia. Anteriormente, se ubicaban en los patios del edificio Viña de Cristo, desde donde fueron reubicadas en 1910.

No hay datos fidedignos sobre su adquisición.
