English: Demolition works of several buildings on Paseo de Julio (current Leandro N. Alem Avenue) between San Martín and Maipú streets. The works were made to expand the park, including the ravine.
The Argentine Pavilion built for the Exposition Universelle of 1889 in Paris and then placed at Plaza San Martín in 1894. It served as National Museum of Arts from 1910 to 1934. |
