Español: Plaza la Herencia al lado del Panteón Regional del Zulia. Posee dos escultura, una con la figura del General Rafaqel Urdaneta y la otra María de los Dolores Vargas, esposa del general. Al fondo se visualiza un muro alto conmemorativo con ventanas arcos y pilastras. El borde superior tiene once medallones que representan a los hijos del general Rafael Urdaneta. Maracaibo. Venezuela
