Description
Español: Dicha plaza adopta este nombre por el general Tomás Herrera, quien se destaco por su gran lucha durante la independencia de Panamá de España. Inició a partir del incendio de 1781 y se le conocía anterioremente como la Plaza del Triunfo donde se realizaban corridas de toro y fiestas. En esta foto podemos contemplar el esplendor de la plaza que se vislumbra durante la noche.
