Summary
[edit]DescriptionPlatform at Harperley Station (geograph 6472027).jpg |
English: Platform at Harperley Station The long-disused platform is on the south side of the track and served traffic heading into Weardale. There was, apparently another platform for passengers heading towards Bishop Auckland - surprising that there would ever have been the need, especially as the station had never had a public road access and according to the 'Disused Stations' website was only built to serve the Harperley Hall Estate. |
