[edit]DescriptionPlas y Ward, Llanynys, Sir Ddinbych - Gradd II - Plas-y-Ward A Grade II Listed Building in Llanynys, Denbighshire 19.png |
Cymraeg: Plas y Ward, Llanynys, Sir Ddinbych - Gradd II.
Adeiladwyd Plas y Ward ar gyfer y teulu Thelwall, a oedd ymhlith teuluoedd mwyaf blaenllaw Sir Ddinbych yn ystod y 16g a’r 17g. Mae'r adeilad presennol yn cynrychioli sedd o ddiwedd y 17g yn lle’r sedd Tuduraidd ffrâm bren ac mae’n ymddangos iddo gael ei adeiladu gan Syr William Williams, ail farwnig Glascoed.
English: Plas y Ward was built for the Thelwall family, who were amongst the foremost Denbighshire families during the C16 and C17. The present Plas-y-Ward represents a late C17 replacement of the timber-framed Tudor seat and appears to have been built by Sir William Williams, second baronet of Glascoed.
