Description
English: Plaque about the Palm Beach Jetty on the Rockingham Waterfront Pioneer Rotary Walk in Rockingham, Western Australia. It reads,

"Palm Beach Jetty

Built in 1944 for the Navy's requirements in the area. It replaced a small private jetty. Originally the naval jetty was 365ft long with an L extension 350ft long and 34ft wide. It was a mooring place for corvettes and used by the Garden Island ferries up to 1981. A good fishing jetty."
