Français : Plaque commémorative, 22 avenue de l'Opéra, Paris 1er. « Dans cet hôtel des Deux Mondes siégea depuis janvier 1917 jusqu'en juin 1919 le Comité national de l'unité roumaine, présidé par le grand homme d'État Take Jonesco [Take Ionuscu] et reconnu officiellement par le gouvernement de la République française le 12 octobre 1918, Victor Antonesco étant ministre de Roumanie en France. Ce comité national réunissait une mission parlementaire présidée par Thomas Stelian, ancien ministre ; une mission universitaire à la tête de laquelle se trouvaient les professeurs Nicolas Titulesco [Nicolae Titulescu], ministre des Finances et signataire du traité de Trianon, Georges G. Mironesco [Gheorghe Mironescu], ancien président du Conseil, Ermile Pangrati [Emil Pangrati], ancien ministre ; une mission des Roumains de Transylvanie présidée par le R. P. Basile Lucaci [Vasile Lucaci]. Son organe officiel était le journal La Roumanie, fondé par le grand Roumain Pavel Bratashano [Pavel Brătăşanu] et dirigé par Const. Banu [Constantin Banu], Const. Mille [Constantin Mille] et Emile D. Fagure. En souvenir de l'action patriotique poursuivie en France par ce comité, cette plaque a été apposée le 27 février 1936, M. Jean Chiappe étant président du conseil municipal de la Ville de Paris et Dinu Cesiano ministre de Roumanie en France. » |
