Français : Sur ce plan d'une partie du quartier Champlain, de la pointe à Carcy au plan incliné, dans la ville de Québec figurent une partie du fleuve Saint-Laurent et les rues suivantes: Champlain, du Cul-de-Sac, Saint-Pierre, Sous-le-Fort, Saint-André ou Leadenhall, et Dalhousie. Y sont aussi dessinés la bâtisse des douanes, les lignes de haute et basse marées, la ligne des Commissaires, les quais, le quai où étaient amarrés les navires de guerre à l'endroit où se situait le plan incliné; en plus de celui de la Reine et du quai Napoléon, les lots de grève, une rampe de mise à l'eau et le marché Finlay. Nous pouvons lire également sur ce plan les noms suivants: W. G. Sheppard, John Munn, Brehaut, Lester et Morrogh, Alsopp, Antrobus, A, Anderson, F. Buteau, Wolsey, Corporation of Quebec, Hon. J.
