English: Plaque in honor of Leopoldo Cándido y Alejandre (1850-1919), Spanish doctor and politician, recalling his services to the city of Cartagena when he created the first Municipal Health Service in Spain. The sign was installed in 2017 in the Palas Street of the Spanish city of Cartagena (Region of Murcia).
Español: Placa en honor de Leopoldo Cándido y Alejandre (1850-1919), médico y político español, rememorando sus servicios a la ciudad de Cartagena al crear en ella el primer Servicio Municipal de Higiene de España.
