中文（繁體）：我國與聖文森於4月25至26日在Beachcombers飯店合辦「加勒比海區域農業發展論壇」，邀請區域政府高層官員、國際組織代表及我拉美加海技術團專家出席。該論壇係我國與聖國政府首度共同舉辦農業論壇。 范大使在開幕典禮時表示，台灣具獨特戰略地位與韌性，以創新實力及經濟活力聞名世界，在諸多地緣政治議題中站穩腳步。我國半導體產業群集與生態系獨樹一格，晶片製造量達全球60%，先進製程晶片更佔全球產量92%。台灣亦持續與其他民主國家拓展合作，範圍包含精密製造、人工智慧、再生能源及生化技術等，例如台美簽署之「台美加海區域技術合作協議」將提升聖文森、聖克里斯多福、聖露西亞的共同利益，本次論壇係協議後首創具體成果，將對區域帶來正向影響。 國合會李秘書長朝成表示，農業經濟為台灣發展骨幹，台灣1959年首先對越南提供技術協助，1961年起協助非洲國家發展農業，也協助加海國家提升農業技術，惟農業並非國合會唯一聚焦領域，希望透過本次論壇拓展更多合作。 聖國農長表示，聖國處於農業轉型關鍵時刻，需國合會、美國農業部及國際組織提供技術協助與能量建構計畫，相信聖國將邁向更美好的未來。 聖國副總理Montgomery Daniel、國合會李秘書長及范大使4月26日在橘山農場共同主持揭牌儀式，並訪察周邊農場瞭解相關計畫之成果與效益。橘山農場已不僅僅是農業生產中心，更是區域農業發展樞紐。
English: Taiwan and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines co-organized the Challenges and Responses to Agricultural Development in the Caribbean Forum on 25 and 26 April in SVG! We invited high-ranking officers, representatives and exports from regional countries, international organizations and the Taiwan Technical Missions in Latin America and the Caribbean region to attend the event. It was the first ever agricultural forum to be held by Taiwan and SVG!
