Afrikaans: Twee naaldbundels van 'n Wierookden, van Pretoria, Suid-Afrika. Hulle bevat drie naalde per bundel en is onderskeidelik 18.8 en 18.4 cm lank, huls ingesluit. Elke naaldblad wentel geleidelik 360 grade antikloks van die basis uitwaarts.
English: Two needle fascicles of a Loblolly pine, from Pretoria, South Africa. They contain three needles per bundle and are 18.8 and 18.4 cm in length respectively, sheaths included. Each needle lamina has a gradual 360 degree anti-clockwise twist from base to tip. |
