Español: En el último tercio superior de ascenso a la cima del Pico Cabañas, en la Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, existe un Prado Alpino en el que se encuentra esta variedad de Pino Laricio. Al estar en Alta Montaña, abierto a todos los aires, sus ramas, golpeadas por aquéllos, toman esta forma. Las copiosas nevadas que se producen aquí, acumulan mucha nieve en sus ramas, y ello contribuye también a que tomen esta forma.
