| Description |
English: Pines north of Newlands Bridge, New Forest The bank in the foreground is at the eastern end of Newlands Plantation, in Digden Bottom. It makes a less soggy route than the footpath to the right of the bank. The stand of pines are growing just above the top edge of the mire, on the drier slopes of Ibsley Common. Much of Newlands Plantation has been felled, including the trees along the bank in the foreground. |
