Description
English: Pine Garden, built in 1943, used to be a military official's residence during the Japanese colonial rule. It is also the highest point of Hualien city. You can see the whole city from here, even the Pacific Ocean.
中文（臺灣）：松園別館舊名為花蓮港陸軍兵事部，建於昭和18年，當時為日軍在花蓮最高軍事指揮中心，又因園內松樹繁茂，環境十分清幽，且地勢居高臨下，同時可遠眺花蓮港及太平洋，成為當時高級軍官的休憩場所。
