||||||||||
Description |
The bank buildings on Mill Street and 3rd Avenue in Pine City, Washington. Henry Smith was the owner and manager. The shed to the right of the bank building was where the horses were tied up. In 1920 Mr. Smith entered the bank building and found two men already behind the counter. The alarm was sounded and the attempted robbery failed. James Agnus and James Gordon used one end of building as storage after the bank closed. Eventually a grocery store and apartments occupied the building. |
