Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_68827_P5261631-1_2.jpg Notes: בית החולים רפאל נבנה ב-1935 על ידי קבוצת רופאים על הגבעה ברמת גן כיום - רחוב שרת 38 . היו בו שתי קומות ו-32 מיטות. כן היה בו חדר ניתוח וחדר לידה. לימים נקרא גם בית חולים quotפעילןquot על שם דquotר אדם פעילן פולק 1910�2002 שהיה מנהלו הרפואי בשנים 1943�1948. בהשפעתו של אברהם קריניצי טופלו בו גם פצועי מחתרות אצquotל ולחquotי. לאחר סגירתו שימש הבניין כמקום מושבה הראשון של שגרירות ארצות הברית וכשזו עברה לתל אביב הפך הבניין לגימנסיה הפרטית quotדבירquot. כיום יש במקום מוסד סיעודי quotנוף חןquot.
