Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_67828_7.jpg Notes: בתחילת שנות ה-80 החלה חברת קלרין לשווק דירות בשכונת פואבלו אספניול בחולות ראשלquotצ. האדריכלים יצרו שפה עיצובית שנשאבה ממתחם מבנים שהוקם בברצלונה לרגל התערוכה עולמית שהתקיימה ב-1929. המתחם שם נקרא Pueblo Espanol. 50 שנה אחרי הספרדים אימצו בראשלquotצ את הסגנון לשכונת מגורים בשטח 81 דונם. מה שהתחיל כסיפור הצלחה חסר תקדים בנדלquotן הישראלי הפך לקטסטרופה לאחר שיזמי הפרויקט נקלעו לקשיים נעלמו והותירו רוכשי דירות ללא דירות. הקריסה ארעה בשלבי הבנייה האחרונים. רובה של השכונה עומד וקיים. מהאתר quotחלון אחוריquot
