Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_67424_DSC03919.JPG Notes: הבניין תוכנן על ידי האדריכל צבי הקר הקר קיבל על המבנה את פרס רכטר לאדריכלות בשנת 1999 אותו חלק עם האדריכל רם כרמי בשיתוף עם האדריכלים גיל ברנשטיין שמואל גרובמן ורינה הרינג ונבנה ב-1984-1990. הוא ניצב על צלע גבעה מול הר הבנים ברחוב צל הגבעה 13 ומוקף במרפסות ללא קירוי. בלבו של הבניין נמצאת חצר פנימית שאליה פונות כל הדירות. הבניין עשוי בטון ומחופה בחלקו בטיח ובחלקו באבן דקה בגוון ורוד שברי זכוכיות ופח גלי אלה נבחרו מכיוון שהם נקשרים בתודעה עם בנייה ענייה ועם השכונות הישנות בערים.
