ALL RANKS OF THE ROYAL CORPS OF SIGNALS SERVING IN THE NORTH - WEST EUROPE WITH TWENTY-FIRST ARMY GROUP DESIRE TO PAY THEIR COLONEL-IN-CHIEF THEIR LOYAL AND DUTIFUL RESPECTS.
