Ill receive you, good bird, dont fear,For us both there is plenty here. Together they dined then, nothing loth,And, as he said, there was plenty for both;But when the summer sun shone warm,Then the flies came, a teasing swarm.But the sparrow caught all with ease, Who did not leave the good horse in peace. 13
