Description
Español: Pino grande en el parque Sa Reira en el municipio de Tossa de Mar, Cataluña. "Es Pi Gros de Can Martí" es el único árbol monumental y emblemático de Tossa de Mar que tiene un certificado del Departamento de Medio ambiente de la Generalitat, que los otorga oficialmente una valía y protección. Es Pi Gros de Can Martí es declarado Árbol de Interés Local (Decreto 47/1988). Situado junto a un camino de paso importante, dispone de una barandilla que lo rodea y una placa informativa según la cual el árbol tiene una edad de 250 años y un perímetro de 4,25 metros, a pesar de que en realidad actualmente ya hace 4,36; tiene 23,5 m de altitud. Su nombre proviene del antiguo Mas Can Martí, a la otra banda de la riera y actualmente convertido en camping.
