The clade color corresponds to the color of the outer circle with sample ID. The intermediate circles from the outer circle to the inner circle (A–L) represent population structure, cultivar group, and the traits petal color, stigma color, calyx color, bud color, staminal filament color, wood color, petal number, pistil character, bud aperture, and branching phenotype.
