Summary
[edit]DescriptionPhrik nam pla (cropped).jpg |
English: Phrik nampla or nampla phrik is a fish sauce (nampla) containing chopped chillis (phrik), usually bird's eye chilli (green, red, or mixed), sometimes including lime juice (nammanao) and chopped or thinly sliced raw garlic (krathiam). It is a standard sauce at nearly every Thai meal where it is used in much the same way as salt (albeit a spicy "salt"). |
