Original caption: Constitution Week 1956- The 3rd "Old Guard" Infantry Regiment observed the 169th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution by posting an Honor Guard at the shrine in the Great Hall of Archives during the week September 17-23. This regiment, which was organized in 1784, also maintains the Honor Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery. |
