English: Philippine Army Pfc. Nolen Selose, 3rd Infantry Division barber, cuts a local Filipino boy’s hair during a medical and dental mission at Jaguimitan, City of Passi, Iloilo, May 13, 2017. The mission provided free healthcare services and haircuts to the surrounding barangays and informed the community about Balikatan 17.
