The photo shows the Grand pas des chasseresses from Act I of the ballet on the stage of the Imperial Mariinsky Theatre in Petipa's revival of 1898. In the center can be seen the ballerinas Mathilde Kschessinskaya (right) in the role of the Princess Aspicia, and Anna Johannson (left) in the role of the slave Ramzé. |
