Description
Deutsch: Pfefferheringe werden über Nacht mit Essig sauer eingelegt. Am nächsten Tag filetiert und dann für 2 -3 Tage mit Salz, Zucker, Zwiebeln, Senfkörnern und natürlich Pfeffer ziehen lassen. Das Ergebnis schmeckt auf einer Scheibe Brot mit Butter, oder als Fischbrötchen. Fotografiert am Imbiss Crêpes und Meer in Vitt, Putgarten.
English: Pepper herrings are pickled overnight with vinegar. The next day filleted and then let steep for 2 -3 days with salt, sugar, onions, mustard seeds and of course pepper. The result is delicious on a slice of bread with butter, or as a fish roll. Photographed at the snack bar Crêpes and Sea in Vitt, Putgarten.
