Description
Deutsch: „Gerichtstag halten über uns selbst - die Strafverfolgung von NS-Verbrechen in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart" hieß die Vortragsreihe mit anschließender Diskussion, zu der das Oberlandesgericht Celle (OLG) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stiftung niedersächsische Gedenkstätten geladen hatte. Den anwesenden Fotografen stellten sich hier (von links nach rechts): Peter Götz von Olenhusen (Präsident des OLG Celle), Rechtsanwalt Michael Horowitz aus Jerusalem (ehemals einer der leitenden Staatsanwälte in dem 2011 abgeschlossenen Prozess gegen den ehemaligen KZ-Aufseher John Demjanjuk), Staatsanwalt Kurt Schrimm (Leiter der Zentralen Stelle der Landesjustizverwaltungen zur Aufklärung nationalsozialistischer Verbrechen in Ludwigsburg), Thomas Henne (Professor am Lehrstuhl für Rechtsgeschichte, juristische Zeitgeschichte und Rechtstheorie der Universität Luzern), sowie Jens-Christian Wagner (Geschäftsführer der Stiftung niedersächsische Gedenkstätten) ...
