Italiano: Piccola scatola in legno con all'interno un set di pesi campione in metallo. Questi si presentano sia nella classica forma cilindrica con pomello di presa che sotto forma di foglioline metalliche. I primi sono inseriti in fori ricavati scavando direttamente il legno della scatola, le seconde sono poggiate entro piccole sedi circolari ricoperte di velluto blu e chiuse da una finestrella in vetr. È presente anche una pinzetta utile per maneggiare i pesini più piccoli. La completezza del set di pesi deve essere verificata La scatola è chiusa da un semplice gancino

Set di pesi campione che, abbinati ad una bilancia, consentono la determinazione per confronto della massa-peso di un oggetto in esame.
