Description
English: Peruvian food: Oca y Mashua. Foto: Xauxa 2004 Oca (Oxalis tuberosa) and mashua (Tropaeolum tuberosum) are tubers that you eat boiled. Their names are from Quechua. The foto is taken by Håkan Svensson (Xauxa) the 30 July 2004 in Lima. No corrections have been done to the picture.
