DescriptionPerro Pepe de la Yelcho.JPG	Español: El perrito ‹‹Pepe›› de 9 meses de edad, que también fue al polo. En entrevista a el Comandante Luis Pardo, quien al mando del barco escampavía Yelcho de la Armada de Chile, efectuó el difícil rescate de los náufragos de la célebre expedición científica británica de Ernest Shackleton que llevaban ocho meses en la Isla Elefante (Islas Piloto Pardo, Shetland del Sur), el 30 de agosto de 1916, en pleno invierno antártico.
