Description
Deutsch: Perg in Oberösterreich. Haus Herrenstrasse N° 41. Historisches Weberhaus, errichtet 1821 von Jakob und Anna Narnleitner. Anbau von 1929. Baumeister Kager, Naarn. Hausnummer bis 1958: Markt N° 118. Neuzeitliche Modernisierung von Fassade und Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss war die Gemischtwarenhandlung von Georg und Franziska Prömer eingerichtet. Hier das Foto von 2020 - mit Garage statt der Gemischtwarenhandlung. Friedrich Achleitner schrieb 1980 zum Haus: >Wenn hinter dem Entwurf nicht doch ein namhafter Planer steckt, könnte man hier von einem besonders gelungenen Beispiel der anonymen architektonischen Koexistenz von alt und neu sprechen. Beide Fassaden [die historische und die von 1929] stehen gleichwertig nebeneinander, völlig verschieden in ihren formalen Elementen und doch aufeinender bezogen, den gleichen Maßstab respektierend<. Modernisierung von Fassade und Dach im Jahr 2021 veränderte das Äussere leider nochmals grossflächig.
