Percy Melville GWYN. Born 1879 to John and Caroline Anne Gwyn nee Myers of Clifton, Bristol Baptised 13 June 1879 at St Mary’s Church, Tyndalls Park, Clifton. 1881 with his parents and siblings at 41Fernbank Road, Westbury of Trym, Bristol. 1891, boarder in a school at 18 The Parade, Cardiff, South Wales 1906 his place of residence was given at 27 Richmond Terrace, Clifton, Bristol Died 18th November 1906 aged 27 years on SS Penwith, dockside, Belfast, Ireland. Occupation of ship, clerk. Inquest held in Belfast 19 November 1906. Death certificate issued by James Galigan, Coroner of City of Belfast. He died from Heart failure, probably due to chronic heart disease His effect went to his father, leather merchant.

He is at rest in Plot C2 Grave 638 Dundonald Cemetery, Belfast.
