Percorso della memoria nella città di Mantova Chiesa di San Gervasio e Protasio Via Trento, angolo via Porto Qui venne posta la sede della radio clandestina del Gruppo Barbano, cellula della Resistenza organizzatasi in città. Grazie all'abilità di radiotelegrafista, vennero segnalati al comando alleato di Bari il traffico militare tedesco per strada e ferrovia, diversi obiettivi militari (depositi di carburante, munizioni, impianti radio, sedi di comando), nonché movimenti di truppa e materiale nemico.English: MUNICIPALITY OF MANTOVA

Thanks to his ability as a radiotelegraph operator, German military traffic by road and rail, various military targets (fuel depots, ammunition, radio systems, command headquarters), as well as movements of troops and enemy material were reported to the allied command in Bari. |
