Deutsch: Gegenüberstellung der sieben Laster („Todsünden“, links) und der sieben Tugenden („Kardinalstugenden“, rechts), die als Geschenk des heiligen Geistes in Form von Tauben vom Himmel herab gesandt werden. Hinter den Tugenden ein gewappneter Ritter zu Pferd, dessen Rüstungsteile mit weiteren Tugenden versinnbildlicht werden. Dazu trägt er den „Schild der heiligen Dreiheit“ (scutum sancte trinitatis), der auch „Schild des Glaubens“ (scutum fidei) genannt wird. Aus der Summa de virtutibus et vitiis des Peraldus.
