English: Comprehensive view of the People's Bank Building (now WRIL offices), located on the northeastern corner of the junction of Cumberland Avenue (Kentucky Route 74) and 20th Street (Kentucky Route 2403) on the central square of Middlesboro, Kentucky, United States. This intersection and surrounding neighborhoods are part of the Middlesboro Downtown Commercial District, a historic district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
