Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Para pekerja sedang membuat dodol Betawi, yang pembuatannya tidaklah mudah. Untuk membuatnya perlu tenaga ekstra dalam mengaduk adonan dodol. Proses mengaduk membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sekitar 8-12 jam tanpa henti, tergantung ukuran kuali yang dimasak di atas tungku api dengan kayu bakar. Dodol betawi umumnya dibuat sebagai penganan khusus menjelang hari raya keagamaan.
English: The workers are making Betawi dodol, a special snack generally made for religious holidays. It is not easy to make since you need to keep stirring the dodol dough for a long time, around 8-12 hours without stopping, depending on the size of the cauldron, which is cooked over a woodfire.
