  • Dansk: KMSsp271 er et eksempel på Gysel's mere upretentiøse og simple indendørs stilleben. Det siges, at han arbejde på dette billede kort før sin død (hvorfor det kaldes "Gysels' Doodskist"). Med undtagelse af billedet i Antwerpen som kan dateres til ca. 1690 er ingen af hans stillleben daterede eller daterbare. (Se: Koester 2000, p. 119).
